Before we started our business we recycled our household waste, and it was not always easy, especially when we lived in areas that did not have curbside pick up. We would evaluate everything we purchased for its packaging. We would opt for items that used less packaging. We composted, we conserved water, we turned off lights and used compact florescent bulbs, we line dried our clothes, we lived in areas with public transportation, we carpooled, we encouraged our employers to recycle, etc….. So when we started building, it was natural for us to carry this practice to our profession. We build green because we are GREEN!
